Welcome to The North Range Metro No 2 Website!

The North Range Metropolitan District No. 2 (the District) is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's boundaries wholly encompass 1,171 single family homes within the Reunion Community constructed between 2017 and 2022. The home builders within the District were Oakwood Homes (650 homes), Shea Homes (271 homes), Richmond Homes (130 homes)  and Tri-Pointe Homes (120 homes). The District's boundaries also includes the King Soopers Shopping Center at the NW corner of 104th Avenue and Chambers Road.

The District's Board has been under resident control since May 2020 and the District's board of directors are elected solely by Colorado registered voters living in and/or owning any of the 1,171 homes within the District.

The District assesses property taxes each year on the 1,171 homes to fund (1) repayment of the District's bond debt (issued for the purpose of funding the construction of the roads, parks, sewer and water lines, and other public infrastructure within the District), (2) maintenance of the landscaping in the parks and open spaces across the Reunion Community.
