Welcome to The North Range Metro No 2 Website!

The North Range Metropolitan District No. 2 (the District) is a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The District's boundaries wholly encompass 1,171 single family homes within the Reunion Community constructed between 2017 and 2022. The District assesses property taxes each year on the 1,171 homes to fund (1) repayment of the District's bond debt (issued for the purpose of funding the construction of the roads, parks, sewer and water lines, and other public infrastructure within the District), (2) maintenance of the landscaping in the parks and open spaces across the Reunion Community.
