Homes within North Range Metro District No. 2 are serviced by 11 governmental entities. The funding of each entity’s operations and debt repayments is through the levying of property taxes on homeowners. For the past eight years, the mill levy rate charged by each governmental entity is as follows:

** - Mill levy imposed/directed by Reunion Metro District per the 2016 Mill Levy Equalization Agreement (MLEPA) is in violation of the maximum debt mill levy limit per the District's service plan. Total estimated over-taxation of homeowners from 2017 to 2022 is $658,000.
*** - Mill levy imposed/directed by Reunion Metro District per the 2016 Mill Levy Equalization Agreement (MLEPA) is in violation of the required debt mill levy limit per the District's 2016 Bond Indenture of Trust. Total estimated under-taxation is $203,300 for 2024.
