Alleyway Homes
Currently, the 115 alleyway homes located within the District (near the intersection of Reunion Pkwy and Parkside Dr) have not been placed within a separate subdistrict to fund public services unique to these 115 alleyway homes. Such unique public services include (1) snow removal off of the alleyways and (2) maintenance and repairs to the concrete alleyways.
The 172 alleyway homes (located around Unity Park, around Southlawn Park and on the south side of Reunion Park - all within North Range Metro District No 1) ARE serviced and funded by a separate taxing subdistrict.
