District Owned/Maintained Fencing

The Reunion Metro District owns and maintains approximately XXXX feet of fencing located throughout the Reunion Community (marked in orange on the map to the left). Maintenance of these fence lines represents a significant financial investment and expense to the District. Although the fence is not currently in need of replacement, the replacement cost of this fence line is estimated to be approximately $XX,XXX.
Homeowners whose lots border District fence lines are responsible for maintaining landscaping, pets and other conditions on their lots in a manner that does not damage or otherwise accelerate the wear and tear of the District's fences. The Reunion Metro District will bill the respective homeowners for any costs incurred by the District to repair owner-caused damages to the District's fence lines.
