Sterling Duet Homes (104th Ave and Walden St)
Currently, the 146 sterling duet townhomes homes located within the District (south side of 104th Street between Walden Street and Reunion Pkwy) have not been placed within a separate subdistrict to fund public services unique to these 146 homes. Such unique public services include (1) snow removal off of the shared alleyways (2) maintenance of landscaping surrounding all buildings and (3) repairs and maintenance of the shared alleyways.
